I always buy from this shop whenever I need Asian groceries, never have any doubt that they will cheat me. I never had any problem before dealing with them and always think they would send what I ordered but last month put my thoughts about the shop and tried to email them regarding the missing item...no reply even though I messaged them online...still no reply. As a conclusion, I have to let go and not buy anymore from them and once you are not honest, there is no way to turn back. I'm done!! I had been buying with them from the first time they started the business.

The prices on asiangroceronline is really hard to beat with the current inflation going crazy in supermarkets. They also have all the asian ingredients I can't seem to get a hold of anywhere (curry leaves, pandan leaves, banana leaves etc), and all for a great affordable price!! The majority of products I ordered was produce and I was able to purchase so much for just $50-60! Also the delivery was super convenient and efficient, I had a lovely delivery man for my order :) Really reccommend them!

We are really impressed by AGO's very friendly and prompt customer service. We also find AGO as a very reliable online grocery supplier, with prompt and on-time delivery. Fresh produce and pantry goods delivered are as advertised in the online catalog which by the way is impressively comprehensive and easy to use.

Being a new mum, I am unable to leave the house for grocery shopping. AGO gave me the option to do it at home and everything delivered very timely the next day. The pricing was pretty much the same as to what I would have paid going outside as well. I would recommend this service to anyone in a similar situation and will be using this service again.
