    Failed Delivery — What We Do
    1. We’ll call or text on arrival. If we can’t reach you, we’ll follow your delivery instructions (e.g. safe drop if allowed).
    2. If access is restricted or a safe drop isn’t possible (e.g. building rules, no lobby access, unsafe to leave), we’ll take the order back (no redelivery).
    3. We’ll cancel the order; $6.50 delivery fee and any fresh/perishable items will be deducted.
    4. We’ll refund the remaining amount to your original payment method and send a $5 coupon as a goodwill gesture.
