If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products we deliver for any reason, we will more than happily refund the value of the product. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Any refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
- We may ask for photos of items with quality concerns. This will help us improve our service to you.
- We will not provide a refund or return where you have changed your mind about products purchased.
Dear AGO customers,
As a result of your continued support, we have been inundated with orders, for which we are so grateful for! In order for us to maintain our level of service, we have made the difficult decision to cap the number of orders per day and change our delivery window to just the one between 8am – 6pm. The delivery fee will stay at the low flat rate of $5 or free if you spend over $100.
You will still be able to place your orders as usual but you may be asked to choose a later date. The earliest available delivery date is currently 5-6 days away.
