1. Pour condensed into a pot and add 1.2 litres of water. Bring to boil.
2. Heat up the rice noodles in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or soak in hot water for 15 seconds and drain.
3. Place noodles into bowls and top with brisket and beef balls
4. Once the broth has boiled, pour it directly into the bowls
5. Garnish with shallot and onions (we also like adding chilli, mint & bean sprout to ours)
